Personal Responsibility – Taking full responsibility for actions and committing to performing at the highest level.

Shay did not make excuses or shift responsibility. When faced with a problem, he focused on solving it and executing it, understanding that true responsibility is measured by actions.
For example, when a system malfunction occurred during a field operation, Shay did not blame others or wait for instructions. He analyzed the situation, found a temporary solution that allowed the mission to continue, and only after it was completed did he return to examine in depth how the malfunction could be prevented in the future.
It was a quiet, professional, and result-oriented responsibility.

Shay did not look for excuses or shift responsibility.
