Garden83 restaurant, located at 83 Rothschild Street in Rishon LeZion, the beating heart of the city, rebranded itself (previous name: beer garden) with a facelift and an impressive new menu, as they chose to dedicate their new flagship dish to the symbol Shay Michaeli and his light.
The dish is called Michaeli’s And it’s a hamburger bun with a 200 gram burger patty, shredded beef, and topped with a fried egg and crispy onions with IPA sauce,
And this without them even knowing that they really hit on Shay’s tastes, including the eggnog that Shay would ask me to make for him from a young age.
